Do hoyer lift rentals include slings?

Yes. Every hoyer lift rental includes a standard full-body sling. Additional sling types—such as commode slings, toileting slings, or divided-leg slings—are available in different sizes for added comfort and safety.

What sling options do you offer with hoyer lift rentals?

Our hoyer lift rentals include a full-body sling by default. We also offer toileting slings, commode slings, and leg-divided slings in multiple sizes. Call our team to choose the right sling for your patient’s needs.

Are battery-operated Stand Up Lifts reliable for everyday home use?

Yes! Our battery-operated Stand Up Lifts are built for daily use, with smooth lifting power, locking casters for stability, and secure slings for patient safety. They make home care safer for caregivers and more comfortable for patients. We stock top-rated models available for both rent and purchase, and we can deliver them the same day—even after hours if needed.

What is the difference between a hoyer Lift and a Stand Up Patient Lift?

A hoyer Lift is a full-body lift that uses slings to transfer patients who cannot bear weight at all. A Stand Up Patient Lift, on the other hand, is for patients who can partially bear weight and need safe assistance standing. We rent both options with same-day delivery available.

What is the difference between Sit to Stand Lifts and Stand Assist Aids?

Sit to Stand Lifts are powered and often use slings to lift patients, while Stand Assist Aids are simpler devices that provide manual or supported standing assistance. Both are available for rent with same-day delivery in Houston.

Do I need a prescription to buy medical supplies at your store?

Great question! Many of our products like bathroom safety supplies, wound care, ostomy products, compression stockings, mobility aids, and lift chairs are open to the public with no prescription required. Some specialized items, like CPAP machines and oxygen concentrators, may require a doctor’s prescription. Don’t worry — our compassionate team will guide you through the process so you always know what’s needed. With medical supplies close to you and in-stock today, you won’t have to wait to get the essentials you need.

Is it better to rent or buy when using FSA and HSA benefits?

It depends on your timeline and needs. A rental is often best for short-term recovery, while buying can be better for long-term mobility or home care. We’ll help you compare rental vs purchase using your FSA and HSA benefits and guide you to the best value option.

Do you sell and rent medical equipment?

Yes. We offer flexible medical equipment rentals and sales, allowing customers to choose short-term rentals or long-term purchases based on their needs and budget.

Can I use FSA and HSA benefits for a medical equipment rental at E Care Medical Supplies?

Yes! Many customers use their FSA and HSA benefits for an eligible medical equipment rental. Eligibility depends on your plan, but we can help you choose the right rental, provide proper receipts, and guide you through buying medical equipment using FSA and HSA when purchasing makes more sense.

What if my FSA/HSA card gets declined?

A declined card usually means your plan has restrictions on the item or requires additional documentation. You can often still purchase the item with another payment method and request reimbursement later (if your plan allows). Call us and we’ll help you troubleshoot quickly and choose an alternative that fits your needs.

Do you set up the Twilight lift chair and show me how to use it?

Yes. With delivery, we can place the chair where you want it, confirm safe operation, and show you how to use the remote—so you’re comfortable from day one.

Can I apply for CareCredit if I have bad credit?

CareCredit offers financing options for people with various credit backgrounds. While approval is based on your credit history, CareCredit works with many customers, including those with less-than-perfect credit. Apply online or in-store, and our team can help guide you through the process.

Do you support short-term and long-term medical needs?

We support both short-term recovery and long-term medical care with flexible rental and purchase options.

Can you sleep in a Twilight sleeper recliner lift chair?

Many customers use Twilight lift chairs for naps or overnight rest because the cradle tilt and recline feel very supportive. Comfort is personal, so we recommend trying one in person to see how it feels for your body size and preferred sleep position.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes! Flexible financing and payment plans are available to help you get the equipment you need without stress. Call or visit our showroom and we’ll create a plan that fits your budget.

1st time renting a Lift Chair Recliner so we weren’t sure what to expect but the company website is pretty easy to navigate and once I heard back from them, the rest was easy. The chair was delivered the same day and was promptly set up. Aron was great, he went through the remote features and explained everything! Will definitely recommend ECare Medical Supplies for any medical supplies you may need!

Exceptional Customer Service!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with E Care Medical Supplies! My mother recently had surgery, and we needed a medical recliner for her recovery. We called this morning, and they immediately made arrangements to have it delivered by 2 PM the very same day!

A special thank-you to Nick, who drove an hour to deliver the chair, brought it inside, set everything up, and patiently walked us through how to use it. He was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough.

When you’re caring for a loved one after surgery, this level of responsiveness, compassion, and service means the world. From start to finish, E Care made the entire process effortless. Thank you, Nick and the E Care team, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I needed some specialty medical equipment after my wife fell and broke her hip. E Care Medical Supplies had the equipment and we made arrangements for delivery over the phone. The personnel who helped un on the phone were super. The equipment was delivered on time and picked up on time for return by a very nice young man named Aron. Super group of people to work with and based on my experience, I highly recommend them.

From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. We are very pleased that we chose E Care Medical Supplies for our purchase and will definitely consider them for any future purchases if needed.

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.

Experience Peace of Mind, and Independence - Universal Slings Serving Northwest Houston, TX

4.8 from 523 Google reviews

When my aunt came to stay with us for a few weeks, recovering from surgery, I suddenly realized how much we needed the right kind of support at home—especially when it came to moving her safely and comfortably. She wasn’t just any guest; she needed equipment that could help with transfers without risking her balance or causing strain on my shoulders. That’s when I came across Universal Slings. Honestly, it was such a relief to find a product that fit her needs perfectly, and even better to discover a place where I could actually see and try them out before making a decision.

Buying Universal Slings felt different here because from the first phone call, the folks at E Care Medical Supplies treated us like family. This isn’t just some big chain; it’s a trusted medical supplies and medical equipment store serving Northwest Houston, Texas, and its surrounding areas, known for genuinely caring about the people who walk through their doors. Their showroom in Houston lets you see and test Universal Slings for sale near me options up close, which made all the difference. I could ask questions, try out the slings, and figure out which one would be easiest for my aunt to use with her lift chair. Plus, they offer same-day medical equipment pickup or delivery serving Northwest Houston, Texas, which was a lifesaver when we needed things fast. They even do after-hours and weekend delivery, so it’s clear they understand emergencies don’t always happen 9 to 5.

What really stuck with me was how easy they made the whole purchase. There’s no insurance hassle—just flexible payment options, including financing, and they accept HSA and FSA cards. The bilingual support (se habla español) means everyone feels welcome, and they back their Universal Slings medical equipment purchase with local warranty service and in-home equipment setup. It’s clear why local families keep coming back here for their durable medical equipment needs. Whether you’re a caregiver, a home health aide, or managing a rehab center, these slings offer real peace of mind—safer transfers, more comfort, and one less worry during recovery. If you’ve been wondering where to buy Universal Slings near Northwest Houston, I’d say it’s honestly worth stopping by the showroom to see it in person or just give them a call. It made a hard time easier for us, and I’m pretty sure it could do the same for you.
