Our after-hours team handles new orders only; anything about an existing rental is handled by our store by phone during regular business hours.

Shipping Policy
We ship medical equipment and supplies to customers across the United States. Here is what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Ships from vendor warehouse: Most products ship directly from our vendor's warehouse, allowing us to offer a wide selection of items available for nationwide delivery.
- Standard delivery window: Most shipped products arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Ships directly from our Houston store: Some products can be shipped directly from our medical supply store in Houston. Please contact us in advance to arrange this option — additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
- Special or back-order items: Products that are special order or on back order may take 4 to 12 weeks to ship. We will notify you of estimated timelines when you place your order.
- Free shipping returns: Some products qualify for free shipping. Please note that if you return a product that was shipped free of charge, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Order confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery from start to finish.
Local Delivery Policy – Houston, TX
Our local delivery service departs directly from our Houston medical supply store, ensuring your order is handled by our own team from start to finish. Here's what to expect:
- Departs from our Houston store: All local deliveries are dispatched from 4306 Fulton St. Suite A-2, Houston, TX 77009.
- 3-hour delivery window: We require a minimum 3-hour window for all deliveries. Our team will give you a courtesy call before we head your way so you're ready to receive your order.
- Cancellation policy (purchases): We require at least 24 hours notice by phone and/or email to cancel a scheduled delivery of a purchase. A cancellation fee will apply for all late or same-day cancellations.
- Cancellation policy (rentals): A $100 cancellation fee applies to any rental reservation cancelled before delivery or in-store pickup. Please call us during business hours to cancel; texts and emails are not accepted.
- No refunds on delivery fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable. For purchases, there are no full or partial refunds once a delivery has been dispatched. For rentals, delivery and setup are non-refundable once the equipment is delivered, as stated in your rental agreement.
- Regular delivery hours: Our standard delivery hours align with regular store business hours. Please call us to confirm availability.
- After-hours delivery (new orders only): For new purchases and new rental requests, special arrangements may be made for delivery before or after regular hours, depending on the time of the request and the distance — an after-hours delivery fee will apply. E Care is not a 24/7 service, and our after-hours team cannot assist with existing rentals.
- Setup assistance: Our delivery team can assist with basic setup of your medical equipment upon arrival, so you're ready to use it right away.

Rental Equipment Delivery
Renting medical equipment? We make the delivery process simple and stress-free. Our rental delivery service includes:
- Fast delivery to your home or facility – We deliver hospital beds, wheelchairs, scooters, and more directly to you.
- Flexible rental periods – Daily, weekly, or monthly rental options, depending on the equipment. Rental fees are not prorated.
- Deposit – Usually not required with an approved major credit card, but a deposit may be required for certain items. We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks for payment (checks must clear before delivery).
- Equipment pickup included – For delivered rentals, call us during business hours at least 72 hours before your due date and we'll come pick up the equipment — no hassle for you.
- Your rental agreement applies – Rentals are covered by the rental agreement you sign. If anything on this page differs from your signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement applies.
